RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER in Twin Falls, Idaho at CONFIDENTIAL

Project Manager:

We are seeking a Project Manager with a proven track record of success in the construction or restoration industry, to contribute to the growth of the Reconstruction Department. The right individual will possess subcontractor management skills and a high level of customer service. This person should be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that is laser focused on customer service, operational execution, and growth.

Responsibilities Include:

• Complete Project Manager assigned residential reconstruction projects, ensuring correct production and quality control efforts meet our standards
• Building estimates using Matterport software into production
• Coordinating internal pre/post-production efforts
• Assisting customers through the insurance claims process
• Ensure through effective liaison relationship, insurance adjuster approves estimate
• Managing subcontractors, insurance companies, coworkers, and customers
• Inspection of job sites on a regular basis
• Effectively briefing and communicating with peers, staff and leadership
• Complete all reconstruction jobs efficiently, maintaining profitable revenue expectations
• Maintaining safety standards at all times

Education & Experience:

• 2-3 years of Project Management experience in restoration preferred.
• Daily territory travel by company car
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Valid Idaho driver’s license
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
