Job Description
Project Manager:
We are seeking a Project Manager with a proven track record of success in the construction or restoration industry, to contribute to the growth of the Reconstruction Department. The right individual will possess subcontractor management skills and a high level of customer service. This person should be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that is laser focused on customer service, operational execution, and growth.
Responsibilities Include:
- Complete Project Manager assigned residential reconstruction projects, ensuring correct production and quality control efforts meet our standards
- Building estimates using Matterport software into production
- Coordinating internal pre/post-production efforts
- Assisting customers through the insurance claims process
- Ensure through effective liaison relationship, insurance adjuster approves estimate
- Managing subcontractors, insurance companies, coworkers, and customers
- Inspection of job sites on a regular basis
- Effectively briefing and communicating with peers, staff and leadership
- Complete all reconstruction jobs efficiently, maintaining profitable revenue expectations
- Maintaining safety standards at all times
Education & Experience:
- 2-3 years of Project Management experience in restoration preferred.
- Daily territory travel by company car
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Valid Idaho driver’s license
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
