Role Description

This is a contract role for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). As an LCSW/LPC at HealthQuest, you will be responsible for providing mental health counseling services to individuals and families. Your day-to-day tasks may include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing individual and group therapy sessions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. This is an on-site role located in Cordova, TN.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work
• Current and valid LCSW licensure or LPC
• Experience providing mental health counseling to diverse populations
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Strong ethics and professional boundaries
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
• Experience with electronic health records
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality
