Position Description: POSITION SUMMARY:
Additional Information: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
The Video and Visual Content Creator is responsible for producing and managing multimedia content to promote Forefront Livings brand across all platforms. Key duties include video and photography production, podcast creation and event media support. This role will coordinate and create strategic content that resonates with diverse audiences to boost engagement and enhance all aspects of communications with creative visuals. This position requires creative vision, project management skills and a proactive approach to content creation to share the organizations message to external and internal audiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Video and Photography Production
Serve as in-house photographer and videographer, maintain and update website, newsletter, social and media pitch content with fresh visuals.
Script, shoot and edit special interest and training videos, as well as tour videos for apartments/cottages at each community.
Attend events to capture photos and videos for PR and content use.
Work with marketing agencies and others for professional photo and video shoots as needed.
Project and Event Coordination
Brainstorm upcoming projects and PR communications, ensuring innovative content.
Participate in special projects and event production as needed (specific to media pitches).
Assist with media pitching and network with media contacts as needed.
Organize photo and video content submitted by Forefront Living entities for consistency and cohesion.
Podcast Production
Edit and repackage earlier podcast episodes.
Spearhead creation and development of new podcast episodes, working closely with the CEO to achieve his vision.
Film, edit and produce all podcast episodes.
Coordinate topics of discussion and schedules to ensure host and guests are comfortable prior to filming.
Own distribution and promotion of podcast. Develop new ideas to maximize reach and following.
Strategic Content Management
As assigned, support website updates and manage social media presence for Forefront Living and its entities, focusing on growth and engagement.
Elevate social media efforts to increase following and engagement with fresh, creative content.
Coordinate multimedia content that aligns with the organizations core issues and resonates with a diverse audience.
Create informative stories about Forefront Living and its entities, for use on the website, newsletters in social posts and more.
Editorial and PR Content Creation
Enhance blog posts with graphics, photos and videos to increase visual appeal.
Assist in the development of newsletters, articles, press releases and project communications for both internal and external audiences.
As needed, draft and submit press releases ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand messaging.
Edit and review blog posts, newsletters and other written communications as needed.
General
Schedule content publication timelines and coordinating meetings.
Provide high-quality deliverables by deadlines.
Be accessible for urgent business needs outside regular hours.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Bachelors degree in Communication, Public Relations or Journalism required.
Prior experience in senior living/healthcare preferred.
Advanced design experience and working knowledge of design and implementation software necessary for job function (Hootsuite, Prezi, Microsoft Office Suite, PDF, WordPress, MailChimp, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Adobe InDesign platform, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Light Room, etc.)

Strong organizational skills reflecting an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to create and assemble attractive public relations materials.
