• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based therapy focused on restoring function and reducing pain

• Educate and motivate patients and families to support home progress

• Collaborate with referring providers and rehab team for optimal outcomes

• Supervise therapy assistants and mentor students when applicable
