About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance professional to join our team in the Health Care Services industry. As a Maintenance team member, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. Your primary goal will be to maintain a safe and functional environment for our patients and staff. You will work closely with other members of the maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a maintenance role
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a healthcare setting
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) preferred

Responsibilities:

• Performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical work
• Conducting regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address any issues
• Responding to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities
• Collaborating with other members of the maintenance team to complete larger projects

Skills:

As a Maintenance professional, you will use your technical skills and knowledge to ensure that our facilities and equipment are operating at peak performance. You will need to be able to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics, as well as troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment. Additionally, you will need to be able to work collaboratively with other members of the maintenance team to complete larger projects. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential in this role. Finally, experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is preferred, as it will help you to manage and track maintenance activities more efficiently.
