Scope and Purpose:

This position is perfect for recent graduates. As an Actuarial Analyst I, you will be part of a team of other analysts that are responsible for completing quarterly and annual financial statements for 5 companies that are in the ManhattanLife Insurance Group of companies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and update excel spreadsheets that are needed to complete financial statements.
  • Analyze for accuracy and document changes to quarterly reports.
  • Provide ad hoc reports that may be needed by the manager.


Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or Related Field preferred.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and within tight deadlines, prioritizing in a demanding environment.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions as well as the ability and willingness to discuss work expectations with manager.

Travel Requirements:

Travel is not anticipated for this role.
