Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis in Keene, New Hampshire at Cheshire Medical Center

Promotes a collaborative relationship with Finance professionals, with operational management and leaders within Dartmouth Health. Manage the finance team to identify and assess key financial performance trends and integrate findings into financial plans, formal reports, and presentations for Dartmouth Health executive leadership. Supports the creation of ongoing Dartmouth Health annual budget, forecasts, and long-range plan, including the support for Dartmouth Health. Manages the Financial Planning & Analysis department and provides coaching, advice and consultative support to ensure strong financial acumen, collaborative and trusting relationships across all organizational team members, and exceptional service excellence.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field with five (5) years financial planning & analysis experience required. Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration (MBA) preferred. Experience with a Health Care System, including Academic Medical Center preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn and adapt to various reporting tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate and present complex financial data in a way that is understandable to customers. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work both in a team environment and independently. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
