Are you dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently? Join our team as a Courier Pick Up Agent and assist patients with equipment returns throughout your assigned territory.

This field-based healthcare position combines driving, customer interaction, equipment recovery, and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Travel within your assigned territories to assist patients with returning sleep apnea devices.

• Visit patient homes and communicate professionally, request equipment returns.

• Verify equipment details and maintain accurate daily logs.

• Track recovered devices and submit simple reports

• Return recovered equipment to the home office

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable personal vehicle

• Active auto insurance

• Ability to work independently in the field

• Professional communication skills

• Comfortable interacting with patients in their homes

Compensation:

• $30,000–$35,000 base salary

• Monthly performance bonuses up to $1,000

• $600 monthly vehicle allowance eligibility

Requirements:

• Agent must have their own car/insurance
• Must dress business casual (slacks/collared shirt)
• Must represent themselves and the company in a professional manner

Incentive Pay:

Performance-based monthly bonuses:

• Recover 35 devices/week → $500 monthly bonus

• Recover 65 devices/week → $700 monthly bonus

• Recover 100 devices/week → $1,000 monthly bonus

Vehicle Support:

• $600 monthly car allowance available when averaging 35 recovered devices per week*****

*****Most agents reach bonus eligibility within their first 30-60 days.
