Customer Service Representative in Eau Claire, Wisconsin at Rely Innovations

National Presto Industries is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team!

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and experiences to our customers. You will engage with customers through thoughtful, professional communication, address inquiries with clarity and care, and proactively resolve concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• monitor incoming customer inquiries
• problem-solve and provide timely and effective solutions
• educate customers on use of Presto® products
• address warranty questions
• maintain accurate records of customer orders and call notes

Qualifications, Education, and Experience

• high school diploma or equivalent
• previous customer service experience
• proficiency with Microsoft products, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word

Skills & Attributes

• excellent written communication skills
• strong command of grammar
• detail oriented
• ability to speak and understand Spanish is preferred
