Position Summary
The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) provides clinical oversight, supervision, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians while ensuring high-quality, ethical ABA services for children and families. This position includes:
- Clinical supervision

Compensation
$85,000 - $105,000 annually with bonus opportunities

Leadership Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership- Provide ongoing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA Therapists.
- Conduct regular clinical observations and coaching sessions.
- Ensure treatment integrity and quality service delivery.
- Promote ethical, evidence-based ABA practices.
This role offers the opportunity to work directly with children and families in their homes while maintaining a manageable caseload and receiving ongoing collaboration and support from an experienced clinical leadership team.
Assessment & Treatment PlanningConduct and oversee:
- VB-MAPP
- ABLLS-R
- Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
- Skill acquisition assessments
- Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on client progress and data.
- Conduct parent and caregiver training.
- Collaborate with families to promote skill generalization.
- Review treatment progress and recommendations.
- Support families throughout every stage of care.
- Complete supervision documentation in accordance with BACB and funding source requirements.
- Maintain timely clinical reports.
- Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and organizational policies.
- Mentor new clinicians and provide clinical feedback and coaching.
- Assist with onboarding and competency development.
- Facilitate clinical training and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications
Required- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active Virginia Behavior Analyst License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Minimum of two years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to ethical clinical practice
- Reliable transportation
- Experience supervising RBTs
- Experience conducting caregiver training
- Leadership or mentorship experience
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
