Projects Coordinator in Rutland, Vermont at Rutland Regional Medical Center

The Projects Coordinator is an integral part of the Project Management Team that supports Leadership in planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of facility improvement, renovation, infrastructure, and construction projects throughout the organization. This position serves in an administrative capacity to facilitate both departmental activities as well as ongoing projects both on and off-site. Communication and documentation in relation to key project initiatives and positive interaction with staff, contractors, consultants, and hospital stakeholders is essential to project success.

Minimum Education

• Associates degree in business, construction or facilities management, related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum Work Experience

• 2 years of administrative, business, Construction administration, or healthcare facilities experience.

Required Licenses/Certifications

• A valid driver's license

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

• Demonstrated strong business writing skills with emphasis on format, grammar, and structure.
• Experience with Procore or other construction administrative programs is strongly preferred.
• Willingness and ability to utilize personal vehicle for business purposes.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
• Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and listening communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and assignments.
• Strong problem-solving skills

Pay Range: $24.16 - $35.19
