HP Cadwallader is seeking a machine operator assistant in its Harleysville, PA production facility for 1st (5am – 2pm) and 2nd shift (2pm – 11pm).

Required Skills / Qualifications

- Ability to use hand tools and other trade-type tools.

- Ability to be standing for long periods of time and work in tight confined spaces.

- Flexibility in changing priorities. Ability to work independently. Willingness to assist in all jobs on the plant floor.

- Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays, as necessary.

- Work closely with other production personnel as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of improving quality and increasing productivity.

- Ability to share ideas with others to solve problems.
