Job Description

GTM & CS Ops Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GTM & CS Ops Engineer based in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of go-to-market operations, customer success, systems, and revenue generation.
You’ll help create a connected operating model where sales and post-sales teams work from consistent data and reliable signals.
The position combines CRM administration, automation, analytics, forecasting, process design, and direct pipeline generation.
You’ll build and maintain systems that reduce manual work while improving data quality, visibility, and cross-functional handoffs.
You’ll also develop scoring models, reporting frameworks, and operational processes that influence pipeline, revenue, delivery, and customer outcomes.
The role offers significant ownership in a fully remote environment, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, PMO, and leadership.
It is well suited to a systems-minded operator who enjoys turning fragmented processes into scalable, measurable workflows.

Accountabilities
  • Design and maintain lead and account scoring models using intent, engagement, technographic, and business trigger signals.

  • Analyze scoring performance against pipeline creation, win rates, cycle times, and other business outcomes, identifying when signals need refinement.

  • Continuously audit CRM and GTM data quality, addressing duplicates, gaps, and data drift before they affect reporting or operational handoffs.

  • Document sales processes, support training and adoption, and help establish consistent operating standards across the sales organization.

  • Develop targeted micro-campaigns using customer and prospect signals to directly contribute to pipeline generation.

  • Carry a direct pipeline-generation responsibility by applying scoring, enrichment, and signal-based workflows.

  • Build automated enrichment processes that keep account and contact records complete and current.

  • Develop and maintain lead routing, sequence triggers, task creation, notifications, and other GTM automations.

  • Own the orchestration layer connecting HubSpot, Clay, Gong, Amplemarket, and related systems so information flows automatically across teams.

  • Instrument the customer lifecycle so stage changes, ownership transitions, milestones, and other key events are captured systematically.

  • Establish and maintain clear documentation for automations, workflows, processes, and operational standards.

  • Define and enforce structured sales-to-CS handoffs so Customer Success and PMO teams receive complete and actionable context.

  • Build assignment and routing logic across lifecycle stages to ensure accounts are appropriately owned and progressed.

  • Establish change-order processes that capture changes in scope after signature and support appropriate pricing and tracking.

  • Provide PMO with pipeline and capacity visibility to support proactive staffing and resource planning.

  • Surface customer adoption, delivery, risk, and expansion signals within account planning processes.

  • Build forecasting models and reporting mechanisms that improve visibility into revenue and pipeline performance.

  • Develop standardized status, cycle-time, and performance reporting that reduces reliance on manual status meetings.

  • Maintain an internal knowledge and documentation layer so critical operational processes are accessible and scalable.

  • Support compensation planning, modeling, and payout processes.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar systems-focused GTM role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Hands-on CRM administration experience, including workflows, custom properties, data models, automation, and reporting.

  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to independently build reporting and analytical views rather than simply request them.

  • Demonstrated ability to design cross-functional processes, document them, drive adoption, and maintain consistent standards across sales teams.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Clay.

  • Strong understanding of data quality, enrichment, automation, lifecycle management, and revenue operations processes.

  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement or automation proactively and exercise sound judgment about priorities.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Sales, Customer Success, PMO, and senior leadership.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership in a distributed environment.

  • Exposure to outbound engagement platforms such as Amplemarket is a plus.

  • Experience building a sales-to-post-sales handoff process from the ground up in an organization with fewer than 200 employees is advantageous.

  • SQL or advanced reporting experience beyond standard dashboard configuration is a plus.

  • Experience in telecommunications or OSS/BSS environments is beneficial.

Benefits
  • Fully remote work environment.

  • Flexible working hours.

  • 25 days of vacation.

  • Stock options plan.

  • Group insurance coverage.

  • Inclusive and accessible remote workplace.

  • Support and reasonable accommodations available during the application process for qualified candidates with disabilities.
