This is a fully remote, individual-contributor position suited to someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Accountabilities
  • Implement rate and rule changes and other minor to moderately complex initiatives with limited supervision.

  • Draft system requirements documentation and represent the relevant business function during implementation meetings.

  • Contribute to project test plans, validate testing results, and provide required SOX sign-off.

  • Develop and communicate recommended project plans to appropriate managers and state or line-of-business leaders to establish alignment on final work plans.

  • Create comprehensive work plans coordinating basic to moderately complex project requirements across multiple disciplines.

  • Support data management, pricing, project planning, documentation, and system-related activities as required.

  • Build familiarity with established pricing technician processes and apply them consistently across assigned projects.

Requirements
  • Approximately 0–2 years of relevant experience is preferred, making this opportunity suitable for an early-career professional developing expertise in insurance pricing and project implementation.

  • Working knowledge of pricing management concepts and processes is beneficial.

  • Familiarity with project management principles, including planning, coordination, tracking, documentation, and implementation.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with data.

  • Experience with documentation tools, including Adobe Acrobat or similar applications.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple project requirements, deadlines, and documentation components.

  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into clear implementation and work plans.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with product teams, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal support while knowing when to seek clarification or escalate an issue.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across different business areas.

  • No supervisory experience is required, as this is an individual-contributor position.

  • Successful candidates will be required to complete a background investigation.

  • Employment-based visa sponsorship is generally not available for this position.

Benefits
  • Annual compensation range of $50,000–$75,050, depending on experience and qualifications.

  • Fully remote, work-from-home position within the United States.

  • Comprehensive technology equipment provided for remote work, including a laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse.

  • Monthly connectivity reimbursement to help offset eligible internet expenses.

  • Remote-work environment designed to support productivity and collaboration.

  • Opportunity to develop expertise in insurance pricing, rate and rule implementation, project management, and compliance-related activities.

  • Exposure to cross-functional initiatives spanning pricing, product, systems, compliance, and other business areas.
