We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Training Coordinator to support employee development and training initiatives across our manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring employees receive the training necessary to perform their jobs safely, effectively, and confidently.

What You'll Do
Training & Onboarding
Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
Schedule and track required safety, quality, compliance, and job-specific training.
Partner with supervisors and trainers to coordinate on-the-job training for production employees.
Monitor training progress for new employees and follow up on completion requirements.

Training Administration
- Maintain accurate employee training records, certifications, attendance documentation, and training matrices.
- Monitor recurring training requirements and notify supervisors of upcoming or overdue training.
- Prepare training completion reports and training metrics.
- Provide documentation and records to support internal and external audits.

Employee Development
- Assist with the development and updating of training materials, presentations, job aids, work instructions, and checklists.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content reflects current processes and expectations.
- Support cross-training initiatives and employee skill development programs.
- Assist supervisors in identifying skill gaps and coordinating refresher or corrective training.

Continuous Improvement
- Promote understanding of company policies, procedures, safety expectations, and workplace standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to employee training and development.
- Help create a culture of learning, growth, and accountability throughout the organization.

Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred
- Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Education, or a related field.
- Two or more years of experience in training, Human Resources, manufacturing, operations, or a related field.
- Experience facilitating training for individuals and groups.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Work Environment
This position regularly interacts with employees in both office and manufacturing settings. The Training Coordinator should be comfortable spending time on the production floor and may occasionally adjust hours to support employees working on multiple shifts.

The role may require:
- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting and moving of training materials.
- Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated manufacturing areas.
