Job Description
Integrated Disability Management Coordinator

Work location: 612 E. Lamar Arlington, TX 76011
Work hours: Remote; Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Here's What You Need:
• H.S. Diploma or Equivalent 2 Years Required
• 2 Years administration experience in healthcare, insurance or occupational health Required
• Experience working in a Human Resources setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, excellent customer service skills, and knowledge of MS Office.
Here's What You Will Do:
• Serves as the primary point of contact for employees initiating leave requests and disability-related inquiries.
• Provides guidance regarding leave benefits, required documentation, timelines, and available resources.
• Receives, creates, organizes, and maintains employee leave files and supporting documentation.
• Routes medical certifications and supporting documentation to appropriate reviewers.
• Establishes and maintains leave and disability cases within UKG and other designated systems.
• Processes leave-related transactions when employees are unable to submit requests independently.
