About EZRIEckert & Ziegler Radiopharma, Inc. (EZRI) is part of the Eckert & Ziegler group, a global specialist in isotope-related products for nuclear medicine and radiation therapy. Our Wilmington, MA site is entering an exciting phase of growth as we build and scale operations to support the future of radiopharmaceuticals and the patients who depend on them. We are looking for mission-driven people who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and highly regulated environment.

The RoleWe are seeking a hands-on HR Manager to serve as the Site HR Lead for our Wilmington, MA facility. Reporting to the General Manager, you will own day-to-day HR operations for a growing team of production, quality, and support professionals, and build the processes, policies, and culture that will carry the site through its next stage of growth. This is a role for a doer and a builder: someone equally comfortable resolving an employee concern on the production floor and designing the site’s next performance review cycle.
