Position Summary
Answers calls for all new appointments to the HBH practice. Verifies insurance.
Primary Position Responsibilities
1.Answer and respond to all client calls.
2.Phone triages current problem as presented by client.
3.Schedules initial appointment with appropriate treatment provider.
4.Verifies insurance information.
5.Verifies demographic information.
6.Facilitates follow up appointments to appropriate treatment provider.

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field
