This unique position is a key role in the company and involves reconciliation activities and bookkeeping related to product receiving.

Major responsibilities:
Reconciliation of inbound shipments of product including item counts and invoiced costs against outstanding purchase orders
Drives the receiving process by being the primary point of contact for warehouse receiving personnel
Creation and maintenance of daily shipment receipts, and count sheets
Validate invoice details against receiving documents using Excel
Accurately allocate and record external costs
Purchase order and SKU Management
Interacts with Receiving, Purchasing and Accounting
Additional Responsibilities:
Special projects and other duties as assigned
All employees are expected to be in compliance with government and corporate laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
Requirements:Education & Experience:
Microsoft Excel proficiency
College degree preferred
Relevant distribution center or ecommerce experience a plus
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Performs basic math calculations and utilizes formulas for analysis and pricing
Appropriate written and verbal communication skills to present ideas and oneself in a professional manner and to communicate with all merchandising levels and vendors
Flexible; capable of shifting to different projects as priorities change; successfully navigates ambiguity and drives business results regardless of obstacles
Basic accounting familiarity
Microsoft Excel proficiency and database experience
