Wine Education & Sales Consultant
FLSA Status: Full-Time, Non-exempt
Reports to: Sr. Retail & Hospitality Manager
Location: Rutherford Hill Winery – Napa, CA

Position Summary:
Join the team at Rutherford Hill Winery, one of Napa Valley’s most iconic hillside wineries, where hospitality, storytelling, and exceptional wines come together to create unforgettable guest experiences. We are looking for an energetic, relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on connecting with people and turning memorable tastings into lifelong customers and wine club members.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys luxury hospitality, loves wine, is motivated by achieving sales goals and wants to grow their career with in one of Napa Valley’s premier wine companies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Educating guests about Rutherford Hill’s history, and describing wines and winemaking techniques
- Developing and cultivating ongoing relationships with guests and wine club members to encourage repeat visits, referrals and future sales
- Hosting an engaging tasting with exceptional customer service and hospitality as the foundation
- Setting up and conducting general and private tours and tastings for trade partners, VIPs or club members
