The Guardrail Laborer assists technicians with roadway maintenance, guardrail installation, traffic control, and general labor duties.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading materials and tools
- Maintain clean and safe jobsites
- Assist with traffic control setup
- Operate basic hand tools
- Follow all company safety policies
Requirements
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation preferred
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting of 75+ pounds
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods
