Sautter Family Dentistry
Pay: $20–$24 per hour + Monthly Performance Bonus
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 7:15 AM – 5:15 PM
Friday: 7:15 AM – 1:15 PM

Position Summary
As the Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients—in person and over the phone. You'll help create a positive first impression while ensuring the office runs efficiently through scheduling, insurance verification, patient communication, and administrative support.
Responsibilities
Welcome patients with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits before appointments.
Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate patient information.
Collect patient payments and process financial transactions.
Coordinate daily schedules with the clinical team to maximize efficiency.
Manage patient recalls and follow up on overdue hygiene appointments.
Maintain accurate patient records while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of dental front office or patient care coordination experience.
Experience working in a dental office.
Knowledge of dental practice management software.
Familiarity with dental insurance verification and billing.
Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
Ability to learn new systems and office procedures quickly.
Professional, dependable, and patient-focused attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Dentrix.
Experience processing dental insurance claims.
Knowledge of treatment planning.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
