About the Role:

The Screening Outpatient Floor Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the outpatient screening floor within a professional, scientific, and technical services environment. This position ensures that all screening procedures are conducted efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with established protocols and regulatory standards. The lead is responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team, facilitating communication between staff and management, and addressing any operational challenges that arise during the screening process. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in outpatient clinical operations or healthcare management.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of outpatient screening procedures and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related discipline.
