At ECS Composites, our FRP Molders build high-quality fiberglass composite parts used in a variety of industries. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying busy, and being part of a team that takes pride in building something from start to finish, this could be the perfect fit.

Our schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., giving you a three-day weekend! Friday overtime may be required during peak production periods.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lay fiberglass materials into molds following work instructions
• Mix and apply resins, adhesives, and other composite materials
• Roll out air bubbles and ensure proper material placement
• Remove completed parts from molds safely and carefully
• Inspect parts for quality and report any defects or concerns
• Read work orders and follow production specifications
• Maintain clean molds, tools, and work areas
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Support your team and assist with other production duties as needed

• Commitment to producing quality work
• Manufacturing or fiberglass experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for most of your shift
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Bend, stoop, kneel, climb, and reach throughout the day
• Perform repetitive hand movements
• Work around fiberglass materials, resins, and manufacturing equipment
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Work safely in a manufacturing environment
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance
