Job Description
Join the revolution in hospitality tech!
Nomni is the all-in-one platform built for hospitality operators - bringing POS, payments, ordering, loyalty, procurement, marketing, and data together in one system, with AI at its core.
We exist because hospo tech has been built around what's good for the people providing it, not the people using it. We're changing that. Built by operators, for operators - with 35,000 venues already on the platform across Australia and Southeast Asia.
One platform. One team. One company accountable for the outcomes that matter.
About the role
At Nomni, we're building the operating system for hospitality—bringing together POS, online ordering, loyalty, and data into a single integrated platform used by some of the world's most recognisable restaurant brands, including Shake Shack, Lune, Mixue, and Signature Hospitality.
Android is our primary strategic platform. The flexibility, scalability, and economics of Android hardware enable our customers to deploy enterprise POS solutions across multiple venues without the friction of traditional licensing models. As Nomni expands globally, the strength of our Android platform directly impacts how quickly we can grow.
We're looking for a Principal Android Engineer to lead the technical direction of our Android POS platform.
This is not a backlog management role. It is a hands-on technical leadership position responsible for the architecture, reliability, engineering standards, and long-term evolution of one of Nomni's most strategic products.
The person joining this role will define how our Android platform is built for years to come.
