Summary:

Responsible for the mail center, assists administrative services and supports VMC manufacturing teams as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Maintains and utilizes equipment and materials to achieve department goals. Coordinates equipment maintenance with vendors.
  2. Documents and tracks the rental sale of marketing materials.
  3. Documents and maintains the postage meter report and chart.
  4. Communicates with the franchise network with requests, supplies, shipments, address changes and special handling requests.
  5. Trains others to safely and efficiently perform duties related to the mail center.
  6. Maintains and keeps current process documentation for the mail center.
  7. Continuous learning of best industry practices related to the mail center.
  8. May be required to assist in other areas of the VMC. These functions include, but are not limited to, courier tasks, scanning documents, clarification area, and administrative services.
  9. Maintains mail center supplies and current franchise network account codes.
  10. Keeps mail center clean and organized using the 6S methodology.
  11. Performs related work and additional duties as needed or required.

Education/Experience:

  • Prior customer service and customer complaint resolution experience helpful
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Postage equipment helpful

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • May be required to lift 30#
  • Valid Florida Driver's license
  • Basic Math skills
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
  • Working knowledge of PC, SAP, ADP, and MS Office
  • Detail oriented
  • Customer focused
  • Communication and writing skills
  • Adaptive and flexible to change
  • Problem-solving skills
