Position Summary:
The Global Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion across the LATAM region, with a primary focus on Mexico. This role leads sales strategy, key account and channel partner management, pricing and commercial governance, and new market entry, while delivering revenue and margin targets and building sustainable customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute sales strategies across Mexico and LATAM markets
Build go-to-market plans tailored to local market dynamics, customer segments, and sales channels
Set and deliver revenue, volume, and margin targets aligned with regional business objectives.
Identify and manage country-specific commercial risks, including pricing, FX exposure, and competitive pressure
Key Account & Channel Management
Lead distributor and channel partner sourcing, selection, and onboarding
Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and terms with customers and partners
Conduct regular performance reviews and manage KPIs (Revenue, Sell-through, Market Share, DSO)
Drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and long-term relationship development
Sales Performance Analysis & Optimization
Analyze sales performance across markets, channels, and product lines
Manage sales budget vs. actual performance and identify growth opportunities
Develop pricing and promotion strategies to maximize revenue and margin
Perform data-driven sales analysis using CRM and financial systems
Build accurate sales forecasts to support demand planning for key customers
New Market Setup & Expansion
Develop market entry strategies for new LATAM markets
Establish distributor networks, channel structures, and local go-to-market models
Define route-to-market strategies (Direct vs. Distributor-led)
Develop commercial policies aligned with local regulations, market practices, and distribution channels
Governance & Cross-functional Alignment
Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and HQ teams to align commercial plans
Integrate sales planning into SIOP processes to align demand and supply
Lead issue resolution and response for major commercial and customer escalations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
8+ years of experience in sales and commercial management with proven experience in key account management, distributor management, and contract negotiation
Hands-on experience in regional/international sales within the Mexico and LATAM region
Strong experience in sales analysis, forecasting, and pricing strategy
Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) or ERP-based sales systems
Fluent in both Spanish and English; Korean a plus
The base salary for this position is between $105,000.00 and $128,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
