As an HR Consultant, you will support the HR team in managing recruitment activities, employee engagement initiatives, and operational processes while ensuring accurate documentation and effective coordination.

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and application coordination.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate smooth communication between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
• Assist with onboarding activities and ensure accurate completion of HR-related processes.
• Support employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and workplace initiatives.
• Provide administrative support for ongoing HR projects and people operations.
• Help improve HR processes through organized documentation and efficient coordination.
• Collaborate with team members to support a positive employee experience.

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic HR professional or recent graduate with strong interest in recruitment, employee engagement, and human resources operations.

• Recently completed or pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field.
• Strong interest in human resources, recruitment, and talent management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured manner.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools is preferred.
• Basic understanding of employee records, HR databases, and documentation processes.

• Monthly compensation ranging from 7,000 to 18,000 depending on candidate profile and engagement duration.
