Part Time Reserve Watch Officer (Nights) in Washington, District of Columbia at Excalibur Associates Inc

Clearance: Top Secret
Pay: $45-50 per hour

Join a mission-driven team supporting the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s 24/7 Operations Center (OpsCenter). We provide real-time situational awareness, crisis coordination, and emergency response support to senior USDA leadership. What You’ll Do
• Monitor breaking events and provide timely reports to leadership
• Track incidents, analyze information, and support emergency response
• Maintain operational logs and communications systems
• Work closely with homeland security and emergency management partners
• Support senior executives during briefings and critical meetings
• Ensure all equipment and systems remain mission-ready
• Deploy to alternate sites during emergencies when required

Required Qualifications
• Active TS clearance, with the ability to be granted SCI access
• Supports 24/7 OpsCenter operations
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in emergency operations, intelligence, or crisis response a plus

Training Requirements
All employees are required to undergo a fully paid three-week training program.  This training program will take place primarily during the day shift between 0600-1800, but there will be some other shifts mixed in to ensure all shifts duties are covered.

Requested availability
Seeking part-time candidates to work night shift. There is a minimum of two 13-hour night shift per month but prefer candidates with open availability to cover night shifts 17:30 – 06:30.
