Job Title : Program Evaluation Lead (Onsite)

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Program Evaluation Lead to oversee program evaluation, data collection, analysis, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives. The role will work closely with management and program teams to measure outcomes, ensure data integrity, and use evaluation findings to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement evaluation, data collection, and quality improvement strategies.
- Design evaluation tools, metrics, and data collection plans.
- Coordinate data collection, entry, validation, and reporting activities.
- Analyze data and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual program reports.
- Conduct data integrity checks and troubleshoot data quality issues.
- Support program planning and quality improvement using evaluation findings.
- Train staff on evaluation processes, metrics, and best practices.
- Maintain evaluation documentation, databases, and procedure manuals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, regulatory entities, and external stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Public Health, Community Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in program evaluation, data collection, and analysis.
- Experience with surveys, focus groups, stakeholder interviews, and evaluation methodologies.
- Experience creating reports and interpreting data.
- Knowledge of public health research, program evaluation, and quality improvement.
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and data quality management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online data management platforms.
- Strong organizational, analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively.
- Experience influencing and coordinating teams without formal authority.
