Secondary - Tumble/Wash in Burlington, Wisconsin at LAVELLE INDUSTRIES INC.

As a De-Flash/Wash & Dry Operator, you will be responsible for processing molded parts through de-flashing, washing, and drying operations to ensure they meet quality standards. This role requires a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment while supporting continuous improvement and team success.

· Set up and run all de-flash equipment and process parts as required

· Set up and run all wash/dry equipment and process parts as required

· Perform manual material handling to move materials to and from the areas

· Record and submit accurate production and quality data, work records, etc., appropriate to the position

· Perform department TPM and/or 5S checklists as assigned

· Follow standard work, line clearance and setup verification procedures relevant to position

· Follow PPE and safety rules specified for the work area

· Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities

· Train others within the work area

· Perform other duties as assigned

· Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions

· Ability to comprehend and use measuring devices

· Ability to perform the job and meet production and quality targets on a consistent basis

· Ability to lift 50 pounds
