Position Summary

Hanwha Holdings (USA), Inc. is seeking a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Accounting & Administrative Coordinator to support our Finance team and general office operations.
This role is well suited for someone who enjoys working in a professional corporate environment, communicates effectively with colleagues and business partners, and takes pride in providing accurate and responsive administrative support.
The position will support accounts payable, financial documentation, office administration, and day-to-day coordination activities. Extensive accounting experience is not required; we value professionalism, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn established processes quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter vendor invoices and accounts payable information into the accounting system
  • Assist with invoice processing, payment documentation, and record maintenance
  • Maintain organized accounting and administrative files
  • Support expense report and payment-related administrative processes
  • Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets, reports, and internal documents
  • Assist with meeting preparation, correspondence, document preparation, scanning, and filing
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Finance team
  • Communicate professionally with employees, vendors, visitors, and other business contacts
  • Handle confidential business and financial information appropriately
  • Perform other accounting and administrative responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher required
  • Previous office, administrative, accounting, or corporate experience preferred but not required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through to completion
  • Ability to learn established procedures and systems quickly
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
