The client is modernizing Connecticut’s mission-critical child welfare systems (CT-KIND/IV-E) and developing the next-generation CCWIS platform supporting 2,000+ social workers and case managers.

Seeking a Senior Full Stack Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of Salesforce development and strong Apex/OOP and Design Patterns experience to support existing Salesforce applications and the new CT-KIND implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design/develop Salesforce Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, SOQL and integrations.

• Participate across the SDLC including requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, maintenance and support.

• Support full-stack development using Salesforce, .NET/C#, JavaScript, SQL, SOA and Web Services.

• Work with the System Integrator on knowledge transfer and ongoing module maintenance.

• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with technical/business teams.

Required Skills:

• Salesforce/Apex/OOP – 5+ years

• .NET Framework, C#, Agile, Design Patterns – 10+ years

• JavaScript, SQL, End-to-End Web Development

• Web Services / Windows Services

• Responsive Design Patterns

• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving and teamwork skills

• Experience working across the complete SDLC
