This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Supervisor(a) de Montagem BOPe based in Brazil.

This role is responsible for supervising the assembly and installation of electrical Balance of Plant (BOPe) systems across hydroelectric power plant projects.
You will coordinate field activities to ensure projects meet contractual requirements, technical standards, quality expectations, and planned timelines.
Working closely with site and construction management, you will help organize manpower, tools, equipment, and other resources needed for successful execution.
The position combines hands-on technical supervision with strong coordination of contractors and project stakeholders.
Safety, technical documentation, quality control, and continuous performance improvement will be central to your day-to-day responsibilities.
You will also contribute to customer training, technical support, and the sharing of lessons learned to strengthen future project execution.
The role offers a dynamic environment with frequent travel to national and international project locations.

• Supervise the assembly and installation of electrical Balance of Plant (BOPe) systems in hydroelectric power plants and small hydroelectric power plants (UHEs and PCHs), ensuring compliance with schedules, contractual requirements, technical standards, and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with site and construction managers to plan activities sequentially and ensure the availability of qualified manpower, tools, equipment, and other required resources.
• Monitor the competence and performance of contractors and third parties, ensuring execution strictly follows established procedures, technical specifications, and quality guidelines.
• Ensure all field activities comply with applicable safety standards and local regulations, protecting personnel, equipment, and project assets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical drawings and documentation, issuing non-conformance reports (NCRs) when required and coordinating technical solutions with engineering teams.
• Deliver training to customer teams on system operation and provide ongoing technical support during and after the assembly process.
• Analyze field processes and share lessons learned with engineering and project teams to improve efficiency, quality, and execution on future projects.

• Completed technical education in Mechanical, Electrical, Electrotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a BOPe assembly supervisor in hydroelectric power plant projects.
• Strong technical understanding of assembly and installation activities within hydroelectric generation environments.
• Ability to supervise contractors, coordinate field teams, and ensure compliance with technical, quality, and safety requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with site management, construction teams, contractors, customers, and engineering functions.
• Intermediate Spanish proficiency.
• Intermediate English proficiency is considered an advantage.
• Willingness and availability to travel frequently, including to national and international project locations.
