This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Development Associate (Pacific Standard Time) based in United States.
This role plays a key part in creating a seamless and high-quality experience for new clients during the critical transition from signed agreement to official onboarding.
You will coordinate the full onboarding journey, ensuring paperwork, account setup, funding, transfers, and documentation are completed accurately and on schedule.
Working closely with senior relationship leaders and wealth management professionals, you will serve as an essential bridge between teams and clients.
The position combines administrative precision, client service, financial-services knowledge, and proactive problem-solving.
You will monitor progress across multiple systems, anticipate potential delays, and work directly with custodians and internal stakeholders to keep onboarding moving.
Beyond initial onboarding, you will help identify additional assets and opportunities during a client’s first year while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and compliance.

- Client onboarding: Manage the complete new-client onboarding process from initial agreement through official client status, ensuring each step is handled efficiently, professionally, accurately, and on time.
- Process coordination: Partner closely with the Regional Vice President to execute the three-part onboarding process and maintain visibility into outstanding actions, deadlines, and client requirements.
- Documentation management: Prepare, distribute, process, and track required client paperwork and compliance documentation, ensuring records remain complete and accurate.
- Systems and account setup: Establish new client profiles across internal systems, maintain accurate information, and create and manage detailed onboarding checklists to ensure no critical step is missed.
- Custodian coordination: Monitor custodian platforms for account linking, funding, and transfers; proactively follow up with custodians and resolve issues that could delay onboarding.
- Client handoff: Facilitate a smooth transition to the Wealth Management Team by introducing new clients and delivering a complete onboarding checklist and relevant documentation.
- Pricing and compliance: Manage the Price Modification Request process and ensure required compliance materials are delivered appropriately to clients.
- Client growth support: Track and help secure additional assets and opportunities during the first year of the client relationship, including completing Fi360 attestations for new retirement assets.
- Service excellence: Maintain a highly professional, responsive, and positive client experience while adhering to established standards, confidentiality requirements, and operational procedures.
- Additional support: Contribute to other team priorities and responsibilities as needed, including occasional travel to partner offices or prospect locations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Professional experience: Prior experience in financial services, client service, administrative support, or a related field; sales experience is highly preferred.
- Industry knowledge: Familiarity with financial services and an understanding of client onboarding, account administration, or related processes.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage detailed processes, multiple priorities, and time-sensitive requirements without sacrificing accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, senior professionals, custodians, and internal teams.
- Client focus: Strong commitment to understanding and delivering against client needs and expectations while creating a polished and positive experience.
- Professionalism: Comfortable interacting with busy, high-level professionals and maintaining a confident, professional demeanor in all interactions.

- Schedule: Availability during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time, with occasional early or late hours when business needs require.
- Total expected cash compensation: $80,000–$100,000 USD annually, including base salary and annual bonus; additional incentive compensation may be available.
