At Advanced Hospice, our mission is simple yet powerful: to provide innovative, patient-centered, and proactive care in the home. We are committed to quality and the patient experience, leveraging technology and compassion to make care more efficient and effective. Our culture is built on respect, support, and collaboration—we work hard, but we also believe in balance, flexibility, and valuing every member of our team.

Why You’ll Love Working Here
Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy the autonomy to schedule patient visits in a way that flows with your day-to-day routine.
Culture that Cares: We are a close-knit team that celebrates collaboration, growth, and innovation. Your voice matters here, and your contributions will directly impact patient and family experiences.

Compensation
Competitive per-visit rates: $20.00 – $26.00
Mileage Reimbursement: Provided for staff using personal vehicles for patient visits.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable part-time weekend Hospice CNA to join our team. In this role, you will provide personal care, comfort, and emotional support to patients and families. Hospice experience is preferred, but a caring, proactive, and team-oriented mindset is just as important. You’ll be supported by an interdisciplinary team while enjoying the autonomy to structure your day and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their loved ones.

If you’re looking for a role that blends flexibility, autonomy, and mission-driven work—while being part of a culture that values compassion and collaboration—you’ll find your place at Advanced Hospice.

Apply today and let’s make a difference together.

Requirements:

EDUCATION: Certified with PA state licensure.

EXPERIENCE: We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about patient care and eager to make a meaningful impact. Home health experience is a plus, but not required—we are happy to share more about this rewarding field with candidates who are excited to learn. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to build trusting relationships with patients and families, and the professionalism to coordinate care with our team. Excellent organization and time management skills are also essential, as you’ll have the autonomy to plan your schedule and balance multiple priorities throughout the day.
