Requirements: Provide friendly, welcoming greetings to guests as they enter the restaurant Operate the register accurately and process cash and card transactions Follow food safety and sanitation standards while assisting with front-of-house needs Take accurate guest orders or direct guests to the correct team member when needed Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout your shift Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and promptly Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and help support a team during busy periods Adhere to company policies for payment, refunds, and guest service standards Be available for full-time and part-time schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Stand, walk, and lift light items for extended periods of time Buffalo Wild Wings is where game day energy meets great food.
