Comfort Flow Heating — Bend, Oregon | $30+ per hour | Full-time
Comfort Flow Heating is looking for an experienced HVAC installer who wants to take the next step in their career. This is a hands-on lead installer / field supervisor position for someone who can work independently, lead installations, solve problems, and help us grow our Bend-area operation.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish.
• Work independently in Bend and with crews from our Springfield office.
• Meet with homeowners and builders to measure jobs, plan ductwork, and prepare installations.
• Lay out ductwork, prepare equipment and materials, and complete neat, professional installations.
• Train apprentices and helpers and provide direction on the job.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and assist with service problems when needed.
• Work directly with homeowners, builders, and other contractors.
• Help manage the day-to-day field operations in the Bend area.

Requirements:What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Experience leading installations or working independently.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand ductwork layout.
• Experience with gas piping, system startups, and troubleshooting.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work from ladders and lifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Professional attitude, pride in workmanship, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to learn and continue developing skills.
Experience with system design, load calculations, geothermal, radiant systems, or fireplaces is a plus, but not required.
