We are seeking a courteous and safety-focused Transportation Driver to provide reliable transportation and respectful assistance to residents attending appointments, outings, errands, and community events.

What You'll Do
• Operate community vehicles safely and in accordance with traffic laws, company policy, and assigned transportation schedules.
• Transport residents to approved medical appointments, errands, activities, outings, and community events.
• Assist residents safely with entering and exiting vehicles, seat belts, mobility devices, walkers, wheelchairs, and personal belongings within training and role expectations.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance, safety, cleanliness, or mechanical concerns.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, required supplies, and transportation logs or documentation.
• Follow established procedures for resident attendance, departure, arrival, supervision, emergency contacts, and schedule changes.

What We're Looking For
• Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle operated and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide patient, respectful service to older adults.

Preferred Experience
• Previous professional driving, senior transportation, healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.

Physical & Work Requirements
• Ability to sit and drive for extended periods and frequently enter and exit vehicles.
