About this team

At The PSBLTY Co., we’re assembling a powerhouse team of passionate, innovative, and growth-driven leaders who are committed to helping others achieve their fullest potential. This team thrives on a culture of possibility, where every member is encouraged to bring their boldest, most authentic self to work, contribute fresh ideas, and push the boundaries of what’s possible. We draw inspiration from world-class organizations that don’t just follow trends but set them. Here, you’ll have the freedom to experiment, the support to grow, and the tools to make a real impact, whatever your role.

What you will do

At PSBLTY, we believe that creating value is at the heart of every role. Everybody’s contributions are key to our collective success, yours included.

As a Operations Coordinator, reporting to our Cohorts Leader, you will be responsible for:

1. Learner Management & Communication

  • Track all details of our many learners, ensuring excellence in details and communication.
  • Send emails to participants promptly and professionally.
  • Manage video uploads and content organization.

2. Platform & Cohort Administration

  • Administer cohorts and related items in Circle, Airtable, and Clickup.
  • Assist the Cohorts Leader in launching new cohorts seamlessly.
  • Assist Growth Leaders (our coaches) with administrative tasks to support their participants.

3. General Team Support

  • Maintain a helpful, proactive attitude across all operational needs and team initiatives.
  • Support the Cohorts Leader in other tasks as needed.
  • Assist the Events, Product, and Experience teams as needed.

What we will do

At The PSBLTY Co., we believe in mutual commitment and responsibility. As much as we expect our team members to contribute to our collective success, we are equally committed—and 100% responsible—to supporting and empowering you to reach your goals. As a team, we commit to:

  • Invest in your growth. We commit to providing you with opportunities for continuous learning, professional development, and leadership growth.
  • Provide clear direction and support. We will ensure you have clear goals, actionable feedback, and the resources you need to succeed in your role.
  • Foster a culture of belonging. We promise to cultivate a work environment where perspectives are valued, and where every team member feels heard, respected, and empowered to bring their authentic self to work.
  • Encourage innovation and creativity. We commit to giving you the creative freedom to explore new ideas, run experiments, and contribute innovative solutions that drive our mission forward.
  • Maintain open and honest communication. We pledge to be transparent in our communication, keeping you informed and engaged in our strategic direction and decisions.
  • Create a balanced work environment. We will prioritize your well-being by encouraging a healthy work-life balance and offering flexibility where possible.
  • Recognize and celebrate your contributions. We promise to acknowledge and reward your hard work, dedication, and the unique value you bring to our team.
  • Support your success. We are committed to being your advocates, removing obstacles in your path, and doing whatever it takes to ensure you thrive within our organization.
  • Align on purpose and values. We will consistently demonstrate our core values, ensuring that our actions as leaders align with the culture we’re building together.
  • Commit to your long-term success. We’re here for the long haul, dedicated to your personal and professional journey, and committed to helping you build a career that’s as fulfilling as it is impactful.

At The PSBLTY Co., your success is our success. We’re in this together, and we’re fully committed to creating an environment where you can do your best work and grow into the leader you’re meant to be.

Why choose PSBLTY

At The PSBLTY Co., we’re not just in the business of coaching and consulting—we’re in the business of creating a world of leaders committed to demonstrating what’s actually possible in all areas of their lives. That mission starts within our own walls, where every day is an opportunity to live out our core belief: possibility exists, limitation is created.

Our team is a collective of driven, purpose-filled individuals who are committed to making a real impact—for our client partners and for each other. We’re not perfect, but we are relentlessly focused on growth, improvement, and creating an environment where everyone has the space to be their most authentic selves. If you’re passionate about pushing boundaries, making a difference, and being part of something bigger than yourself, we invite you to learn more.

Who we’re looking for

We’re seeking an impact-driven individual who is eager to contribute to a company that prioritizes authentic growth and transformation. This kind of work experience will make you an especially good fit for this role:

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong track record of accurately tracking information, managing details, and organizing + editing content and media assets.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with experience drafting clear, warm, and professional emails to program participants, clients, or stakeholders.
  • Technical fluency or quick adaptability with community and operational platforms (such as Circle, Airtable, ClickUp, or similar tools) to manage administrative workflows seamlessly.
  • Hands-on experience supporting program or project launches, providing proactive administrative support to leaders and team members, and collaborating across cross-functional initiatives.

And, you will thrive at The PSBLTY Co. if you:

  • Pursue impact and income. You’re driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others, not just by financial gain.
  • Embody our core values. You align with and are committed to upholding our culture of belonging, performance, and leadership.
  • Are a lifelong learner. You’re constantly seeking knowledge, open to new ideas, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Bring experience and innovation. You have 3+ years of experience in your field, with a strong track record of delivering results and driving growth.
  • Leverage technology for growth. You enjoy discovering and implementing new technologies to enhance our operations and drive innovation.
  • Communicate with clarity and confidence. You’re an excellent communicator, both in writing and speaking, who can articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Take initiative. You’re self-motivated, proactive, and don’t wait to be told what to do—you’re always looking for ways to contribute.
  • Set and achieve goals. You’re results-oriented, focused on hitting targets, and driving both personal and team success.
  • Collaborate and adapt. You work well with others, enjoy the collaborative process, and are comfortable with the ambiguity that comes with growth and change.
  • Value systems and scalability. You embrace systems and processes that enable us to scale and improve continuously.
  • Consider yourself a leader. You’re looking for opportunities to grow in your leadership within a rapidly expanding company.
  • Support diversity and inclusion. You understand that diversity and inclusion are not just buzzwords, but essential to our mission. We’re building a team that reflects a wide range of perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences.

If you typically feel underrepresented in industries like ours, know that you’re not only welcome to apply, but we actively encourage it. We’re committed to building a team that’s as diverse and inclusive as the world we want to impact.
