Clinic Registered Nurse (RN)

As a Clinic RN at Froedtert South, you'll provide compassionate, patient-centered care while building meaningful relationships with patients over time.

You'll use your nursing expertise to assess patient needs, triage concerns, provide education, administer medications, and coordinate care with providers and the healthcare team—all while enjoying a consistent weekday schedule.

What You'll Do

• Provide ongoing nursing care to patients in the outpatient clinic setting.
• Assess patient needs and use clinical judgment to determine appropriate care and follow-up.
• Triage patient concerns by phone and direct patients to the appropriate level of care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding their care and health needs.
• Facilitate diagnostic testing and follow-up care as ordered by physicians.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families in a variety of situations.
• Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team to support safe, high-quality patient care.

What We're Looking For

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Current RN license or eligibility to practice as an RN in Wisconsin and/or Illinois, based on job location.
• Current BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire.

Entry-level and new graduate RNs are welcome to apply.

$34.00 - $53.50 (Pay is based on experience.)
