This position is responsible for the overall compliance program of First Federal Bank of Wisconsin including our BSA and AML programs.

Primary Responsibilities
May perform any or all of the following duties:
- Keep up to date with state and federal regulations and maintain a sound Compliance Management System (CMS)
- Interpret impact of current, new and changing laws and regulations and recommend appropriate response/corrective actions; Lead implementation efforts and tracking for new and revised regulations
- Support the review of new products, advertising and marketing notices, forms, customer disclosures and websites to determine compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Develop and document change management systems for regulatory changes and new products
- Ensure that exceptions disclosed through the compliance self-testing/monitoring reviews, regulatory examinations, and other internal or external compliance reviews are responded to in a timely manner and corrective action is effectively implemented
- Direct and perform periodic compliance testing
- Maintain various compliance, BSA and internal audit risk assessments
- Maintain Compliance Department policies
- Direct the bank’s UDAAP compliance program
- Oversee customer complaint program and root cause analysis of complaint data
- Oversee the bank’s compliance program
- Report compliance/audit activities to the Audit Committee
- Oversee the bank’s BSA Program (BSA Officer)
- Act as liaison between regulators, consultants, auditors, and management, with regard to regulatory compliance matters, ensuring that the Bank requested data is provided as needed
- Maintain a competent level of expertise, knowledge and understanding of laws, regulations and rulings governing the Bank’s activities

Requirements:4 year degree in bank management or related field or 5-10 years’ experience in management of risk and policy development.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
Strong analytical and financial skills, excellent emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills. Strong management skills and ability to interact within all levels of the Bank. Knowledge of financial institution policies and procedures. Aptitude for research and understanding regulations with technical implications for compliance areas. Independent ability to analyze regulations and solve problems. Ability to present information in a concise and effective manner to management. Proven ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Knowledge of computer application software, such as spreadsheets.
