- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, creating a welcoming, compassionate, and professional experienceGuide patients through each stage of their visit, answering questions and helping them feel supported throughout their fertility journeySchedule, confirm, and manage appointments while following provider scheduling templates and coordinating patient flowIdentify and resolve scheduling conflicts, making recommendations to ensure an efficient patient experienceCollect patient payments and help ensure insurance and demographic information is accurate and up to datePartner closely with physicians, nurses, financial counselors, and administrative staff to coordinate exceptional patient careProcess medical records requests and maintain accurate patient informationAnswer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide excellent customer serviceSupport daily office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining front desk and waiting room areas, and ensuring the clinic presents a professional and welcoming environmentContribute to a collaborative team culture focused on delivering an outstanding patient experience
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GEDMinimum 1 year of administrative, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environmentProficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Experience in a medical office, clinic, hospital, or healthcare settingExperience in a patient-facing or front desk roleAssociate degree or coursework in healthcare administration, business, or a related fieldExperience with EMR/EHR systems
