Corefleet Solutions LLC is looking for two reliable Warehouse Associates to join our team on a temporary W-2 basis at a client facility in San Jose. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for outbound shipment
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Organize inventory and maintain proper storage locations
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Ensure all items are correctly labeled and stored
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free
• Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment (forklift operators welcome)
• Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly
• Support returns processing as needed

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus — but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude
• Basic computer skills (preferred)
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is a fully onsite role at a client facility in the San Jose area. Expect a warehouse setting with standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout your shift. Temperature may vary depending on the season and facility.

COMPENSATION & DETAILS

• Pay: $25–$28/hour, based on experience
• Temporary W-2 position — 1 to 3 months in duration
• Not benefits-eligible (health insurance not included)
• Overtime paid in full compliance with California labor law
• All required meal and rest breaks provided
• Workers’ compensation coverage included
