**Tiara Condominium Association is looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Team Member to join our team!**

Tiara is a **beautiful, well-kept property on Singer Island**, and our Maintenance Team plays an important role in keeping it looking and operating at its best. No two days are exactly alike!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

* Handle general maintenance, plumbing, electrical and repair needs

* Follow a daily maintenance schedule

* Complete and track maintenance requests

* Maintain tools, equipment and supplies

* Communicate with residents and Tiara staff

* Work with vendors and tradesmen

* Keep an eye out for housekeeping and landscaping issues

* Assist other departments when needed

* Help keep our common areas safe, clean and operating properly

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

* Dependable and responsible

* Good communication skills

* Able to follow directions and work independently

* Basic knowledge of carpentry and general repairs

* Comfortable using hand and power tools

* Organized and able to manage time well

* A positive, team-oriented attitude

**Full-Time | 8-Hour Shifts | Saturday Rotation**
