Description:
- To make frequent visits to OEMs / EPCs / end customers and engage with them continuously
- To make customised presentation on our products
- To prepare budgetary offers and support customers during pre-tendering stage
- To study the RFQ/Enquiry/specifications, contract terms & conditions and give inputs to RAC to prepare techno - commercial offer
- To provide optimized pump selection to the customers and increase the winning chances
- To analyse the price level and submit competitive pricing proposals
- To attend meetings with customers to resolve technical and commercial queries related to the project proposal
- Keep track on upcoming projects in GI segment
- Ensure leads and opportunities are periodically recorded in C4C and status to be updated
- To provide accurate order booking forecast
- Monitor the performance of dealers and review them at periodic intervals.
- Identify potential dealers to replace ineffective dealers if applicable and tap the white spots.
- To review the purchase orders and communicate the finalized commercial terms to TSS / Contract Management
- Attend kick-off meeting with customers along with RAC / CM for project orders
- Periodic monitoring of the project orders and report risks to mitigate the risk impact
- Coordinate with Contract Management and initiate periodic meetings with customer to discuss on the execution status of the orders on hand
- Ensure payment collection as per contract
- Coordinate with the Branch coordinator for the respective segment for understanding the market size,
- To coordinate and monitor customer complaints on warranty and other related issues and ensure timely closure
- To identify new business opportunities for enhancing our existing product basket
- Coordinate with RAC on pre and post order activities for market study, new product development and new applications.
- Ensure all the ISO processes, agreements and instructions are adhered to with respect to C4C & Indenting
