LISCENSED SOCIAL WORKER
Job Description:
Social worker will be part of a multidisciplinary team on the Center for Substance Recovery/Detox Unit. Social worker will engage with patients that are in recovery, complete ASAMs, support the patient's recovery journey, provide case management and link patient for their next steps as part of the discharge planning.
