What You'll Do

• Jump into new client starts and make a great first impression
• Cover urgent, last-minute, and hard-to-fill shifts so clients are never without care
• Provide hands-on, person-centered care for clients with a range of physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
• Build trust quickly with clients and families, even in short-notice situations
• Serve as a dependable, professional presence for clients, families, and teammates

What You'll Need

• Open availability — days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights
• 12-hour shift availability – Hours needed between 6am to 10pm (This can be adjusted a bit for the right candidate.) And just because you are available, does not mean you will work non-stop for the window of availability.
• Willingness to travel throughout the service area (up to 30 miles). We cover Licking and Muskingum Counties primarily.
• A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
• Quick response to calls and texts when staffing needs arise
• Prior caregiving experience preferred; a great attitude and strong work ethic matter most
