About The Role

The PT Breakfast Attendant plays a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable breakfast experience for our guests. This hourly, part-time position focuses on maintaining a clean and organized dining and buffet area, assisting with basic food preparation and presentation, and supporting back-of-house tasks such as dishes and food storage. The ideal candidate is reliable, attentive to detail, and comfortable working on their feet in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment during morning hours.

What You'll Do

• Prepare the breakfast area for service, ensuring tables, chairs, and buffet stations are clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, buffet counters, beverage stations, and surrounding areas throughout breakfast service
• Assist with basic food prep such as setting out food items, refilling buffet items, and monitoring food levels and freshness
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, following sanitation and safety guidelines
• Assist with putting away food and supply items from the weekly delivery, rotating stock and labeling items as needed
• Monitor and maintain food safety standards, including proper temperatures and safe handling procedures
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering basic questions and ensuring a positive breakfast experience
• Clear and reset tables quickly to support smooth guest flow and seating
• Follow all housekeeping and department procedures for cleanliness, organization, and closing duties
• Communicate low stock or equipment issues to supervisors in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or housekeeping preferred but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Basic understanding of food handling, sanitation, and safety practices (or willingness to be trained)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–40 lbs for the duration of the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization
• Customer-service mindset with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Legal authorization to work in the country of employment
