This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Bus Solutions Analyst based in the United States.

This fully remote role focuses on translating complex business needs into practical technology solutions within a healthcare environment.
You will analyze business processes, define requirements, and design functional solutions that support critical organizational operations.
The position combines business analysis, systems configuration, process improvement, testing, and project coordination.
You will work across stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to identify gaps and develop effective solutions.
The role also involves supporting data interfaces, migrations, security, documentation, and production environments.
As a lead-level contributor, you will bring strong analytical judgment and help guide projects from requirements through implementation.

• Define business scope, objectives, and requirements through research, fact-finding, stakeholder engagement, and analysis of business and industry needs.

• Perform functional analysis, requirements definition, application configuration, testing, and solution validation.

• Develop prototypes, functional specifications, data mappings, function mappings, configuration tables, and transaction/control tables.

• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and appropriate technology solutions.

• Support security and authorization setup, user documentation, data interface design, data migration, and reconciliation activities.

• Contribute to application installation, tuning, modification, and data-archiving activities when required.

• Develop practical technical workarounds using light programming skills where appropriate.

• Apply requirements-management, process-design, reengineering, diagramming, and use-case methodologies to create high-quality deliverables.

• Support software development lifecycle activities and coordinate with technology teams throughout solution delivery.

• Manage small to intermediate projects, balancing scope, priorities, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.

• Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Support production environments and handle production-support tickets, including matters involving sensitive healthcare and personal information.

• Participate in scheduled deployment activities, including occasional overnight support from 10:00 p.m. to midnight approximately 2–3 times per month.

• Provide additional overnight support during Epic upgrades approximately three times per year, from 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

• At least 8 years of relevant technical or business work experience.

• Deep understanding of information systems, business processes, and the key drivers and success measures relevant to the supported business area.

• Strong knowledge of requirements management, process design, reengineering, diagramming, use-case development, and requirements documentation.

• Demonstrated ability to design and produce high-quality functional and technical deliverables.

• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Experience with application configuration, functional testing, data mapping, interfaces, migration, reconciliation, or related business systems activities.

• Strong vendor-management and relationship-building skills.

• Project management experience, including the ability to manage small to intermediate initiatives.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and business concepts for different audiences.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly, including Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

• Comfortable providing production support and responding to operational issues.

• Light programming or scripting capabilities to develop practical solutions and workarounds are beneficial.
